Сбербанк начал страховать банковские карты от киберинцидентов – списания средств во время несанкционированных бесконтактных платежей со смартфонов клиентов или в результате заражения устройства вредоносными программами. Об этом говорится в пресс-релизе кредитной организации.
Покупателям страховки бесплатно установят на смартфон «защитное решение от «Лаборатории Касперского», отмечается в сообщении. Стоимость стандартного пакета «Защита карты +» начинается от 1290 руб. в год, страховая сумма, в пределах которой ущерб будет возмещен, составляет до 350 000 руб. «На российском рынке услуга по страхованию киберрисков для физлиц предложена впервые. Риски киберинцидентов включены в обновленный продукт компании «Сбербанк страхование» «Защита карты +». Страховая защита автоматически предоставляется для владельцев смартфонов на платформе iOS, а для смартфонов на платформе Android начинает действовать после установки специального защитного решения», – говорится в пресс-релизе. Для установки антивируса на устройство необходимо активизировать полис на сайте компании «Сбербанк страхование» и скачать программу, введя код, который страховщик отправит клиенту в SMS-сообщении.
Помимо защиты от кибератак банковские карты, как и раньше, можно застраховать от хищений, размагничивания, повреждений, утраты из-за неисправной работы банкомата, несанкционированного списания средств по разным причинам. Страхователю также будет возмещена сумма денег, на которую его ограбят у банкомата.
За первую неделю после начала продаж в отделениях Сбербанка было оформлено около 170 000 страховых полисов «Защита карты +».
По данным «Лаборатории Касперского», каждый год в мире появляется около 360 000 новых образцов вредоносного ПО. В 2018 г. «Лаборатория Касперского» в России отразила 404 млн кибератак, из них почти 5 млн вредоносных установочных пакетов на мобильных устройствах.
