Костромские полицейские поймали злоумышленников, укравших платежный терминал, благодаря потерянной маске со следами ДНК, сообщает региональное УМВД. С заявлением о краже обратился местный житель.
— На изъятой записи камеры видеонаблюдения видно, что двое мужчин ночью взломали дверь тамбура магазина, сорвали терминал с креплений и скрылись вместе с добычей, — рассказали полицейские.
Вскоре похищенный терминал обнаружили в ближайшем лесу. Аппарат был разобран на части, а деньги из него исчезли. Рядом с пустым корпусом терминала оперативники нашли отрезанный от свитера рукав, которым один из злоумышленников закрывал лицо.
Фрагмент самодельной маски отправили на ДНК-экспертизу, которая обнаружила на ткани биологические материалы, принадлежащие двоим ранее судимым жителям Костромской области.
В одном из подозреваемых сотрудники уголовного розыска узнали потребителя наркотиков. Обоих мужчин тут же задержали. Под грузом улик они признались в содеянном. Во время допроса налетчики рассказали, что на мысль о краже терминала их натолкнули охранники, которые в их присутствии вынимали из терминала кассеты, наполненные крупными купюрами.
Однако когда злоумышленники разобрали украденный из магазина терминал, то были очень разочарованы, поскольку внутри аппарата находилось только 12,5 тысячи рублей. Против задержанных возбудили дело по ч.2 ст.158 УК РФ (кража группой лиц по предварительному сговору, с незаконным проникновением в помещение).
Обоих подозреваемых поместили под арест. Им грозит до пяти лет заключения.
